Terms & Conditions...

This is where I'd like to make you aware of the terms and conditions of ordering from Something Old, Something New.
These are put into practice to protect both parties.
Only upon agreement of these and receipt of deposit will the order be confirmed.

Deposits.
If you choose to make an order with me, I will require a 50% deposit of the total fee to secure your booking. this enables me to purchase the goods I will use to make your order. The remaining 50% will be due on completion of the order, either upon delivery/collection in person, or if the order is to be shipped, the remaining 50% will need to be paid prior to me shipping your order.

Payment
Payment of deposits and balances can be made via cheque or via PayPal, and an invoice will be sent to you via email.

Cancellation
In the event of a cancellation on your behalf, the 50% deposit non refundable. If you cancel more than two weeks after the deposit beig paid, then further charges will be made up to the full amount if the order has already been completed. I only accept cancellations in writing.
In the unlikely event I'm unable to complete your order, then I will refund all deposits etc back to you, and find you an alternative solution.

Fauly Goods
It is your responsibility as the customer to check goods upon receipt and report any faults as soon as possible. Claims of faults will not be accepted after a period of 7 days. If your goods are faulty, please contact me as soon as possible so as I can rectify them in the first instance.
I always use materials of a very high quality and hand make everything with great care and attention to detail.
Making sure all of my customers are happy with the service and products is of the upmost importance to me, so please do not hesitate to contact me if there is a problem.
Due to the handmade nature of my products, they are delicate and should be handled with care.

Shipping
I only charge my customers what the post office charges me! The choices of delivery will be presented to you as the customer, and you have the final say, although I do prefer to have all the items I ship to have insurance and tracking to protect both parties in the unlikely event that something goes missing.

Thanks for reading!
